Wiring Structure / Construction Types
Here you will find explanatory notes to both available conductor constructions.
Stranded Wire with Conductor Construction A
Symmetrically constructed copper strands are used for high demands of constant isolation wall thickness (especially for thin isolated wires like FLRY). Main area of application is IDC terminals.

Stranded Wire with Conductor Construction B
Asymmetrically constructed copper strands, also called bunched, possess a higher flexibility as they have a greater number of individual wires.
